Great service as always. Childhood food spot still rocks!
Old school pizza joint that brings character to the neighborhood. The regular pizza is far from the best, but the Panzzerotti are worth a visit.
Delicious. The fools over at taste of Italy don’t know what they are missing because 200m down the road is serving up the best slices in the neighbourhood. Heard great things about the panzos and sandwiches: Can’t wait to try them. Thin crust, flavourful sauce, gooey cheese.... I am dreaming about it still. Check out this hidden gem.
I live in Calgary now. I went here for first time since 1981. It is still the best panzerotti I have ever had. The Ms. Pacman still works. LOL. How many years had Bitondos been in business?
Excellent place for a pizza snack!Great prices for great food!
Place fell off hard its now gross they changed the quality of cheese in the panzo it use to be good they also changed the price so basically quality went down price went up the cheese is horrible now
Great pizza.. is why Bitondo's gets 5 stars. Besides that i been going there over 40 years
After hearing all the reviews about bitondo’s pizza, I decided to go and see what all the hype was about. I have to admit that the pizza was incredible. The location of this place is small but enough to fill a couple of seats. I had their regular pepperoni slice and it was big. Definitely would pick this slice over any of the big chains any day!
Best Panzerotti in town hands down.
Pizza slice. 3.95. Delicious - heavy cheese, just enough suace, fluffy yet well done crust! LOVE this place!! #HomeSlice #BitondoPizzeria(I don't eat pepperoni so I take off the slices. I give it to my roommate. Hehe)
Went after hearing about this place. Disappointed.
Absolutely a fantastic pizzeria! A simple and traditional family owned business. You select your pizza flavour and can add more toppings to it. You gotta wait up to 30min to have it cooked but it's worth it - I especially liked the cheese and the homemade taste of it (1000% better than the pizza chains around the city).I strongly recommend a portion of Olives to enjoy while waiting, super yummy! The sizes are great - a small one can feed 2 people. The prices are also good - CASH ONLY (they have an ATM at the local). The ambience is nostalgic and the service was fantastic!A must go place for pizza lovers!
Literally the best pizza I've ever had in my life and probably ever will. I still dream about it. No frills here. It's just dough, cheese, sauce and the toppings of your choice. The slices are fresh, and the folks here were even generous enough to serve me when I was almost a dollar short of a slice! You WILL NOT find better pizza in Toronto.
The best pizza place in the city. They have the best panzerottis. If you haven't tryed this place you are missing out
If you are just looking for a quick bite to eat and not care about what you put in your belly then this is the place for you. Slice are big but they were cold. Dough was soft but ended up being hard to chew.
Bla, such a bla pizza.Had it a few times over the years.Decided last time I’d rather have nothing.Though I like it well done and they made it crispy. But, bla.The sauce is bland, toppings well anyone can get toppings there hard to screw up.And the crust, bla, sauce n crust make a pizza.
Excellent pizza, great value - super cute spot that looks like it’s come straight out of the 50s. Pizza is fresh, great classic toppings, and super satisfying. I would have added a picture but we were so consumed by how good the pizza was that there wasn’t any left to photograph. Highly recommend.
You guys shouldn't let delivery people put pizzas in their bags. Great pizza, but seriously, dont let people destroy your great product
Definitely one of the best slices in the city. Super classic super delicious. Must resist going back 1hr later.
A good pie, but I much prefer a hot slice out of the oven.
A staple of Little Italy for almost 50 years, this is a must go. Its no frills, and during COVID, no table joint on a corner. There isnt much around but the pizza is fantastic and the panzos are to die for. Believe me - best $7 panzo you have had.
Absolutely amazing, old school pizza 🍕 cheesy panzerrottos, haven't gotten to try sandwiches or pasta yet, terrific!!!!!
Amazing service, price, and quality. Recommend the panzerotti!
The best cheap slice, panzo, and Italian style sammies! This place reminds me of a retro NY style pizza place and I love it. Cheesy slice with a chewy crust. Panzos always hot and so cheesy and saucy. Make sure to add cheese and hot peppers to your sandwich.
I was excited to try the veal sandwich, I ordered the hot peppers and paid $1 more to add sweet peppers. When I opened my sandwich, there was literally a tiny thin slice of a hot pepper the size of a loonie and 3 thin strips of a sweet pepper, and the sandwich was super dry, it barley had any sauce. So disappointed.
Been going their for over 35 years. THE BEST PANZO hands down... Don't even try to compare. Cheese and sauce only, and it needs nothing else. Dough seems like it flashed fried, cheese is so good and that sauce..... LOVE LOVE LOVE...
The most authentic pizzeria in Little Italy, Toronto. Love the owners and all the staff! Great to pick a pizza up and head over to Trinity Bellwoods for the day :)
The best pizza in the city, Try the panzo's, they're heavenly! The sausage and olives are a great sides too.
Amazing veal sandwiches. Great pizza.
Always great pizza. I grabbed a slice right out of the oven and ate it right then and there!
Panzo great pizza not so good disappointed
Classic pepperoni slice didn’t disappoint. I was told that Bitondo’s was this and that, and it seemed as if the pizza wouldn’t be able to live up to the hype, but I was pleasantly impressed with my slice. It lived up to the hype alright. The crust was crispy and the dough was soft; sauce wasn’t overloaded and neither was the cheese. In terms of ratios, it had the perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and pepperoni. Great late night slice 👌🏽 they even stayed open a little longer just to serve me (and a couple other fellas) a fresh slice!
Killer slices, super old school... highly recommend a slice for the drive home when picking up. Sandwiches are amazing, veal like Nonna used to make
Amazing price, amazing service, amazing quality. If I were a prisoner on death row my last meal request would be bitondo’s. Highly recommended
Very disappointed. Drove all the way from North York to buy my dad's favourite panzarotti for fathers day and they were closed at 3pm. Website says they are open and called twice with no answer.
This is my go-to pizza place... A classic, true Italian slice with cheese and pepperoni. (That's the only option for a walk-in slice) Bitondo has been a staple in the Little Italy community for decades. The tabletop Ms Pacman machine is a nice touch. Of note: they are cash only.
Really good bowling style pizza. Very cute place hidden away from the main street. I have ordered from here a couple times now. The quality is good and the staff is nice. There is space for you to come sit down. They also offer take out. I can't wait to try other stuff on the menu!
I really want to give it a better review because I used to come here a lot when I was younger. It was one of those spots you hit up before going out or after the night is done. Maybe because I was usually intoxicated I made myself believe they had good pizza. I recently moved back to Toronto after living in NYC and Europe and came across this place. I got a slice of pepperoni out of nostalgia and was hugely disappointed. Not enough sauce and poor quality cheese. Sometimes you just gotta be older and sober to know if it's good or not. :'(
One of the best pizza places in all of Toronto! Old school and quality ingredients!
Best pie in the city - Real Neighborhood gem.
Simply the best pizza and ponzo joint in Toronto...been going there for over 30 years and it's still #1 !!!
Bitondo’s is a great place to get a quick bite in the city. It’s a neighbourhood gem and serves a great old school New York style slice. I’d recommend getting either a slice or one of their fried panzos, however they usually only have pepperoni slices available, so if you want cheese, I’d recommend getting a small pizza. I find the pizza can be inconsistent, however on my most recent visit, it was probably the best it has been in a while. Bitondo’s isn’t my favourite slice in the city, however it is one of the best, and if you’re ever in the neighbourhood, it’s worth your time to stop by and give it a try.
Real authentic pizza try it once and you won't go anywhere else
Nice pizza joint in a great neighbourhood. Got a pepperoni pizza slice for about $4. Crust was a bit tough but other than that, it was pretty good. Inside was clean with tables and chairs to sit for you to enjoy your slice. I liked the overall atmosphere of the place for a quick pizza especially on a sunny day in the spring. Would come again to try the Panzerotto.
Great place! We live down the street and stop by all the time for a panzo, slice, or sandwich. Bring it over to the patio at Monarch and have a drink!
Authentic Italian cuisine, off the beaten path, so worth the short walk down Clinton from College.
I live close by to this place and came here specifically to leave a review. Absolutely fantastic food, from panzo’s to pizza slices even to their meatballs. It tastes like genuinely homemade comforting food and not that doughy/cheap dirt that most of the higher end chains put out. I’ll continue to go here! Can’t speak highly of the quality.
My favourite pizza place in the city. The pizza is fantastic and the old school vibe is a breath of fresh air.
Love the pizza!Basically get 2 slices for the price of 1.Your traditional small mom and pop pizzeria which seems to be around forever.Nothing better than having a traditional pizza.
Loved the panzerotti. Get it with sauce on top for $8. Lots lots lots of cheese inside.
